Job description

We are seeking a HR Manager to join our team. The Human Resources Manager will be critical in aligning HR strategies with business objectives and providing strategic and operational support to management and employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with leadership to understand business goals and develop HR strategies that support organizational objectives.
• Implement and drive HR programs that align with the company’s growth plans.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and off boarding.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and conflict resolution.
• Conduct investigations and address employee relations issues to maintain a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
• Identify training and development needs within the organization and Facilitate workshops and training sessions to foster continuous learning and development.
• Develop and implement a robust performance evaluation process.
• Liaise with line managers on setting performance expectations and conduct timely and constructive performance reviews.
• Analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Prepare regular HR reports for management review.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field. Professional certification is an added advantage.
• Over 4 years in HR Sector
• Proficient in HRIS applications and Microsoft Office Suite
•  Certification in HR management will be an added advantage.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Address HR challenges with innovative solutions.
• Must reside on the Lekki-Epe Corridor
