Job Overview

We are looking for an organized and professional virtual assistant to handle all communications for a coaching business. The core responsibility will be marketing focused. To be successful as a virtual assistant, you must have a suitable internet connection and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

General marketing responsibilities

• Manage Masterclass program end to end campaign
• Develop marketing /promotional content for funnel, website, landing page, social media.
• Email marketing to existing list.
• Generate Leads.
• Market our services through Facebook Ads
• Manage masterclass registration.
• Design Workbook for our programmes
• Design graphics for social media content: YouTube, Linkedin, Instagram, Facebook and Twitter.
• General email correspondence
• Edit video for content
• Manage chat and enquiries.
• Engage with post event attendees.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience working as a Virtual Assistant or other relevant marketing position.
• Significant experience with current technologies.
• Good practical experience with social media plaftorms, graphics design and Ads management
• Good practical experience running virtual events.
• Good practical experience with online calendars and scheduling, particularly Acuity or calendly
• Strong phone, email and instant messaging communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
