Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our diverse range of attires to a variety of clients. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of different types of fabrics, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out new clients and maintain relationships with existing ones to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Provide in-depth knowledge of our offerings, assisting clients in selecting the most suitable fabrics for their specific needs.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the quality and features of our products.
- Stay informed about industry trends, textile innovations, and emerging technologies related to fashion.
- Collaborate with the product development team to provide valuable feedback on customer preferences and market demands.
- Regularly follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or issues.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Analyze competitor products and pricing to position our products competitively in the market.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including client interactions, orders, and payments.
- Generate regular sales reports to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and contribute to sales strategy development.
Job Requirement
- Proven experience as a Fashion Sales Representative in a boutique.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
