Location: Lekki phase1, Lagos, Nigeria

Salary: N80,000
Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated, professional candidate who prides themselves on their outstanding record of providing great customer service and producing fantastic sales results within a dynamic sales team. We are passionate about our business and the brands we represent, so a keen interest in the automotive trade and/or finance is preferable. As a Sales Executive, you will be working as part of the sales team to assist the organization’s sales and growth efforts by contributing to new customer acquisition. Create and improve proposals for our existing and new clients. Develop and deliver pitches for potential customers. Develop strong customer relationships to generate a high volume of prospective clients. Manage customer calls and appointments effectively for new opportunities. Participate in industry forums, client discussions, and conferences as a representative of the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure customers receive good outcomes from every interaction they have with you
- Respond to queries from new and existing customers relating to finance and, new and used vehicle sales
- Guide customers through their purchase, providing outstanding customer service as the face of our brand
- Achieve individual sales targets by fully exploring and satisfying customer needs for finance and insurance products and optional extras
- Assist in ensuring a steady flow of inquiries from multiple channels through prospecting and marketing
- Maintain a specialist knowledge of manufacturer vehicles and options, participating in regular knowledge updates
- Manage the vehicle handover process, ensuring compliance with the process
- Adhere to industry regulations relating to the sale of vehicles, finance, and insurance
Training:

This course provides a small insight into the psychology of sales and how to balance this with the delivery of good customer outcomes.
It is designed to set you up to begin and succeed in your automotive and finance sales career.
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of OND in any discipline
- Minimum of 1 year of proven work experience
- Excellent interpersonal and people skills
- Proficiency in using collaboration and productivity tools
- The prospective candidate must be a resident of the Lekki – Ajah axis.
